In 1933, Drucker moved to London, married Doris Schmitz in 1934, and moved to the U.S. He became a naturalized citizen in 1943 and taught business at the university level.
Later in 1971, he developed the first executive MBA program which is why people often called him “the father of management thinking.” 

Drucker died on November 11, 2005, in Claremont, California at the age of 95.
